AWS SES Credentials

Credentials are encrypted before storage. The secret key is never displayed again after saving — paste a new value only when rotating keys. Leave blank to keep the current stored value.

In AWS Console → IAM → Policies → Create Policy → paste above → attach to your IAM user. Do not use root account credentials.

AWS SES — SMTP Credentials

These are SMTP credentials (not your AWS console password), generated in SES Console → SMTP settings → Create SMTP credentials. They are encrypted before storage and never shown again — leave blank to keep the current values.

Emails will be sent through email-smtp.<region>.amazonaws.com. SMTP and API both reach the same SES service — domain verification & DKIM are identical.

Emailit.com Credentials

Your API key is encrypted before storage. It is never displayed again — paste a new value only when rotating. Leave blank to keep the current stored value.

The CRM uses SMTP relay to send via Emailit. Ensure port 587 outbound is open on your server firewall.

Activation

Set as active provider immediately ?

AWS SES (SMTP) Quick Start

Open AWS Console → search "SES"
Verify your domain (DKIM CNAMEs + TXT) — same as API
Go to SES → SMTP settings
Click Create SMTP credentials
AWS generates an SMTP username + password (shown once)
Pick your region and port (587 recommended)
Paste the SMTP username + password here and save
Send a test email to confirm it works

SMTP credentials are different from your AWS Access Key — generate them under SES → SMTP settings.

AWS SES Quick Start

Open AWS Console → search "SES"
Go to Verified Identities → Create Identity
Choose Domain and enter your domain
AWS shows 3 DKIM CNAME records + 1 TXT record → add to DNS
Create an IAM user with ses:SendEmail permission
Generate Access Key + Secret Key for that user
Paste keys here and save
Use the DNS tab to enter DKIM tokens and verify
Send a test email to confirm it works

New AWS account? SES starts in Sandbox mode — you can only send to verified addresses until you request production access via the AWS Console.

Emailit Quick Start

Log in to app.emailit.com
Go to Settings → API Keys → create a new key
Go to Settings → Domains → Add your domain
Copy the DNS records shown (SPF, DKIM CNAME) → add to DNS
Click Verify in the Emailit dashboard
Paste your API key here and save
Use the DNS tab to enter your DKIM selector token
Send a test email to confirm it works
