It watches for triggers — overdue invoices, stalled leads, underperforming KPIs, high-risk clients — and either alerts you with recommended actions or, when configured, takes those actions automatically. Example: if a high-value lead has had no contact for 14 days, APAN AI automatically reassigns it to the next available rep and sends a follow-up email. It learns from outcomes and gets smarter over time.</p>
