Setup Guide
- Go to api-console.zoho.com and create a Server-based Application.

Set the Redirect URI to:
https://crm.digitsonline.com/zoho-crm-leads/callback - Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and paste them on the left.
- Select your Zoho region (must match your CRM account region).
- Click Save Settings then Connect to Zoho CRM.
- Approve the permissions in Zoho — you'll be redirected back automatically.
- Use Sync Now for an immediate pull, or enable daily auto-sync.

Download TemplateUpload a CSV or Excel file exported from Zoho CRM. Standard Zoho export headers are auto-mapped. Any unrecognised column can be manually assigned below.

How to Export from Zoho
- Open Zoho CRM and go to Leads module.
- Click ⋮ (More options) → Export.
- Choose Export as CSV or Excel.
- Select All fields or at least the standard fields.
- Download the file and import it here.
